Morgan Jorgensen

Morgan utilizes her bodywork knowledge and experience in reflexology, gymnastics, dance, and yoga in her classes. She fell in love with hot yoga but came a lover of Yin & Restorative practices as she navigated life, utilizing them to help calm her mind and bring her peace. .

Morgan completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, followed by a 25-hour restorative yoga training, and began teaching. Instructing came naturally, as she had spent decades coaching adolescents in dance and gymnastics, teaching body awareness. She fell in love with helping people feel better, more confident, and stronger, but knew there was more she could offer. Listening to her yoga clients led her to pursue training as a Reflexologist.

Morgan started her training and was immediately hooked! This newfound knowledge deepened her understanding of the emotional and physical body connection, enhancing her capabilities as a yoga instructor.

She is a firm believer in the connection between the emotional and physical bodies. In today's world, filled with stressors and dominated by Western medicine, we often lose touch with ourselves. Reconnecting, trusting, and listening to our bodies form the foundation of her practice. This mind-body connection is paramount to feeling confident, strong, and overall, better.

Lilli has been practicing yoga for over 5 years. She completed her training in 2024 at BAY Lifestyle PR with Johanna Godinez in Cupey, Puerto Rico.

There was a significant spiritual component in Lilli’s yoga training that made it unique. This allowed Lilli to explore how she wanted to incorporate spirituality into her practice, both for herself and others. Her teacher, who had studied all over the world, shared diverse perspectives that opened Lilli's inner self to experiences she had never encountered before. The realizations and growth throughout this process were incredible.

Her teacher also introduced external resources that Lilli connected with and learned from. She engaged in mantra chanting, sound healing sessions, aromatherapy workshops, blindfolded yoga, stand-up paddleboard yoga, and more. Lilli ended up staying a few extra days because the space felt like home. She practiced daily in an outdoor studio overlooking the water, surrounded by magnificent trees and animals.

This deeply transformative experience, marked by lifelong friendships and meaningful conversations, helped Lilli through her own inner healing and completely transformed the way she connects with her students.

Jamie Lufkins

Jamie has been an avid yogini for over 11 years, with a deep passion for helping others improve their physical and mental well-being through the practice of yoga & meditation. During these years, she discovered a deep internal transformation aiding in better mental & physical health and overall improved well-being. Yoga brought her a sense of calm in a chaotic time in her life, and sensations of pain relief throughout her entire body. Undoubtedly, her favorite style is Yin for this reason. She completed her training at Aura Wellness Center acquiring 300 hours in Hatha & 200 hours in Yin. She also completed 30 hours in Chair yoga.
