  • Hot Yoga

Most of our yoga classes incorporate far infrared heaters to enhance your practice. Our Hot Yoga classes vary in temperature, so please review the class descriptions before signing up. Classes such as Ember Yin & Restorative and Warm Slow Flow are held at lower temperatures compared to our Vinyasa or 26 + 2 sessions.

  • Fitness

We offer a diverse range of 30-minute fitness classes to suit all intensity levels. For a high-energy workout, try our HIIT class, featuring dynamic fitness sequences. If you prefer a gentler session, our Midday Movement offers easygoing, fluid movements. We often incorporate props such as therabands, Pilates balls, and light weights to enhance your fitness practice.

  • Yin & Restorative to Slow Flow

Our Yin & Restorative and Slow Flow classes are set to a comfortable warm temperature, designed for deep, gentle stretching with grounded movements. While these sessions primarily focus on floor-based stretches, occasional standing flows may be included, avoiding frequent transitions between standing and floor positions.

warm slow flow

Welcome to our Warm Slow Flow class, as we lower the temperature, we invite you to delve deeper into each posture, cultivating strength and flexibility with mindful intention. While our practice often keeps us grounded on our mats, expect occasional transitions to standing postures to enhance the flow. Seamlessly integrating strength training into our flow, we offer a comprehensive practice that nurtures both body and mind. You'll leave feeling the gentle yet profound benefits.

ember yin & restorative

Step into our Ember Flow, a sanctuary of warmth and deep relaxation where Yin & Restorative yoga intertwine. Grounded on our mats for the majority of the practice, we embrace the meditative journey of extended holds, typical of Yin yoga. In our Restorative practice, supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, we delve even deeper into each pose, inviting profound release and rejuvenation.

While these classes involve minimal movement, the stretches permeate deeply as we surrender into the essence of each posture, allowing our bodies and minds to sink into a state of profound serenity.
