Kelly Lever, 57 years young and thriving

auto-immune disease | Chronic pain relief | Mental health improvement

Three years ago, Kelly was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that will eventually affect her mobility. But Kelly is determined not to let her diagnosis define her. As an avid kayaker, paddleboarder, dog lover, and outdoor enthusiast, she embraces life fully. She loves camping (with her camper, of course!) and spending time with friends and family. Kelly has always been the one to lift others up, offering a listening ear, a sense of humor, and wise advice.

Here’s Kelly’s story in her own words:

"I first came across a video of Morgan doing reflexology on Facebook, and I thought… I wonder if that could help with the foot pain from my disease. My joints are in constant pain, from my toes to my neck. I booked my first session with no expectations, but what I experienced was incredibly healing. As Morgan worked, she explained how each point she touched corresponded to different parts of the body. After an hour of reflexology and a few cups of cleansing tea, I left feeling real relief. The next day, I immediately booked another appointment, and I’ve been going every two weeks ever since.

During my second visit, I asked about yoga. I never thought I’d be able to do it because getting up and down off the ground was a three-minute painful ordeal. After a few more reflexology sessions, I decided to give yoga a try. To my surprise, even though I initially came for pain relief (and those cleansing teas certainly helped!), I left each yoga session feeling accomplished and with less pain. After attending classes three to four days a week for a few months, I could move up and down with far less discomfort.

A year later, I’m fully hooked on reflexology and yoga.

Now, hot yoga—that’s the real game changer. I’ve been attending since Morgan opened her studio in June, and my mobility has improved even more. I have less pain than I’ve had in years. You need to experience this for yourself. Start with the intro offer and explore different classes to find what works best for your body and routine. Or, if you’re ready, dive right in with a membership! With a variety of classes, from grounded, slow flows with lots of props to more active flows, there’s something for everyone.

I promise, you won’t regret it. The meditation, the warmth, the movement—it clears your mind and soothes your soul."
