Private Yoga Sessions

If you're looking for a fun, themed, or relaxed hot yoga session to enjoy with a group and foster a sense of community, our Private Yoga Sessions are perfect for you!

Here’s the difference:

Yoga Coaching:
Our Yoga Coaching program offers a series of private yoga classes with the instructor of your choice. This allows you to get comfortable in our space and gain personalized, one-on-one knowledge and experience.

Private Yoga Sessions:
Designed for single sessions or group events, our Private Yoga Sessions cater to various needs. Whether you're gathering friends for a fun yoga experience or organizing a corporate wellness event, the possibilities are endless. Just let us know what you're looking for, and we'll make it happen!

Private YOga SEssion : Pricing

Individual to 3 people

45 minute : $55

60 minute : $70

Any additional person after 3 people is an additional $10.

Example : 8 people is an additional $50 make the total $105 for the 45 minute session and $120 for the 60 minute session

What to expect

When you choose our personalized coaching option, one of our dedicated coaches will reach out to gather more information about your specific needs and preferences. Together, you'll discuss which coach aligns best with your goals and aspirations. This initial consultation will focus on your yoga practice and your holistic mind and body objectives, after which your first session will be scheduled.

During the first session, you and your coach will collaboratively assess the level of support you require and determine how the coaching can best benefit you. Depending on the package you choose, we will arrange further sessions or appointments to continue your journey.

Our Yoga Coaching program primarily involves communication during sessions. Outside of these sessions, communication will be limited to email or social media interactions. This program is designed to enhance your yoga practice with tailored guidance and support, focusing solely on your yoga and wellness goals, rather than providing a comprehensive life coaching service.

5 personalized sessions : $275

Our private sessions are 45 minutes long with the option to do 60 minutes discussed between you and your coach.

10 personalized sessions : $550

Morgan's passion for yoga springs from her deep love of movement and her dedication to fostering a profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. She is committed to helping others achieve their goals and build confidence within themselves. With an extensive background in coaching gymnastics and dance, primarily for adolescents, Morgan brings a wealth of experience and a unique understanding of the importance of compassionate yet disciplined coaching.

Her additional training in Reflexology has enriched her comprehension of the intricate relationship between our emotional and physical bodies. This knowledge allows her to understand and address her clients' needs on a much deeper level. Over the years, Morgan has cultivated strong relationships with a diverse array of bodyworkers and wellness experts in the local community. She leverages these connections to provide a comprehensive support system for her clients, ensuring they have access to the best resources to achieve their goals.

Morgan’s approach to yoga instruction is informed by her holistic lifestyle and personal healing journey. Lilli has been practicing yoga for over 5 years. She completed her training in 2024 at BAY Lifestyle PR with Johanna Godinez in Cupey, Puerto Rico.

There was a significant spiritual component in Lilli’s yoga training that made it unique. This allowed Lilli to explore how she wanted to incorporate spirituality into her practice, both for herself and others. Her teacher, who had studied all over the world, shared diverse perspectives that opened Lilli's inner self to experiences she had never encountered before. The realizations and growth throughout this process were incredible.

Her teacher also introduced external resources that Lilli connected with and learned from. She engaged in mantra chanting, sound healing sessions, aromatherapy workshops, blindfolded yoga, stand-up paddleboard yoga, and more. Lilli ended up staying a few extra days because the space felt like home. She practiced daily in an outdoor studio overlooking the water, surrounded by magnificent trees and animals.

This deeply transformative experience, marked by lifelong friendships and meaningful conversations, helped Lilli through her own inner healing and completely transformed the way she connects with her students.
